What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Handle inbound and outbound sales calls daily to convert potential customers into subscribers
- Utilize provided hardware and software to document sales calls and activities
- Listen, seek solutions, establish value, make recommendations, and overcome objections in sales processes
- Maintain high personal and professional ethics while achieving sales goals
- Complete or exceed handling of at least 75 sales calls in an 8.5-hour shift

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Passion for generating sales (call center experience preferred)
- Ability to build rapport and meet customer needs ethically
- Competitive spirit to meet and exceed sales goals
- Successful completion of background check and drug screening
- Proficient in computer skills and multitasking

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 0-2 years of experience in sales or customer service roles
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
