      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Serve as a subject matter expert for employer medical products and procedures, instilling confidence in surgeons and operating room staff
      - Develop new customer relationships through strategic prospecting and follow-up on leads
      - Provide feedback to the marketing team on product design to enhance performance and customer satisfaction
      - Plan, coordinate, and execute product training for surgeons, both didactic and cadaveric
      - Maintain strong relationships with key account personnel to support sales, market development, and clinical events

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 2 years of successful field sales experience
      - Ability to travel locally up to 90% of the time and overnight travel up to 20% of the time
      - Willingness to support surgeons in emergency/operating room environments for successful patient outcomes
      - Commitment to complete and maintain hospital credentialing requirements
      - Valid driver's license and current vehicle insurance policy
