What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Identify, contact, and close new meetings within an established ideal customer profile (ICP)
- Research customer profiles to determine the best fit for services offered
- Utilize a proven process for cold prospecting through various channels, including video, email, LinkedIn, and cold-calling
- Schedule meetings with the Head of Sales and eventually pursue promotion opportunities
- Learn and use sales tools and processes, including Apollo, JustCall, G-Suite, and Pipedrive, to enhance productivity
What is Required (Qualifications):
- At least one year of experience as a Sales Development Representative (SDR), preferably in the SaaS or IT industry
- Strong hunter mentality with expertise in identifying and prospecting new accounts
- Resilience and ability to learn from failures
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and bring new ideas to the table
