      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop technology solutions for new business opportunities by aligning with customer needs
      - Lead technical proposal responses, including creating concepts of operation and conducting market analysis
      - Collaborate with management and sales teams for seamless integration of sales activities
      - Build and maintain relationships with product companies to enhance solution offerings

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical discipline
      - Minimum of 10 years of relevant technical or engineering work experience
      - At least 10 years of experience in complex, mission-critical software systems
      - Demonstrated technical leadership experience in large-scale proposals for health programs in DoD, VA, or HHS
      - Ability to obtain a Government Public Trust - Medium Background Investigation (MBI)

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Master's degree or Ph.D. in a Technology, Engineering, or Software field, with recognition as a technology leader
      - Prior technical roles within organizations with a similar size and scope ($50M and 100 employees)
      - Significant experience in capture activities, including proposal writing and cost estimation
      - Strong strategic thinking abilities and effective communication skills
      - Subject matter expertise in Java-based, open-source ecosystems, and full-stack development
