      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Serve as the subject matter expert on skin health solutions, focusing on growing sales within group accounts
      - Collaborate with territory sales representatives and Market Sales Directors to enhance clinical outcomes and customer loyalty
      - Conduct research and data analysis to improve customer value propositions and identify profitability opportunities
      - Coach and mentor sales representatives on skin health capabilities and solutions
      - Develop and execute business plans to achieve targeted sales growth and profitability in the region

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree
      - Minimum of 3 years of quota-based outside sales experience with a proven track record of success
      - Experience in developing and delivering presentations to customers
      - Willingness to travel 75% within a multi-state territory
      - Strong organizational and communication skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Previous experience selling in assisted living, nursing homes, or the healthcare industry
      - Familiarity with wound care or skin care products
