What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Meet or exceed all established sales objectives and goals for the assigned territory
- Coordinate sales activities to promote sales and achieve growth targets
- Understand and communicate customer needs to foster customer intimacy
- Collaborate with the Printing & Packaging Solutions team and key stakeholders to solve customer problems
- Maintain customer data effectively in the employer's global CRM system
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Four-year college degree; MBA is a plus
- Minimum 2 years of combined experience in distribution sales within relevant industries, with a preference for Flexo
- Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence complex organizational structures
- Proficient in analytical skills and creative problem-solving capabilities
- Must possess a valid driver's license and be able to travel extensively
