What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist customers in evaluating their eligibility for the Ticket to Work program through inbound and outbound calls
- Manage a case load inventory while maintaining excellent customer service
- Navigate multiple computer software programs to provide accurate information and support
- Conduct follow-up communications with clients to ensure they receive the necessary vocational services
- Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and client satisfaction

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Experience in a customer service-related field or two years of post-secondary education or higher
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple software programs
- Excellent verbal and written professional communication skills
- Must pass a Federal background check, including fingerprinting
- High level of initiative and drive to succeed with independent problem-solving abilities

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in a sales or vocational services role
- Familiarity with Social Security Disability programs and processes
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively without distractions in a remote setting
- Knowledge of additional resources for individuals with disabilities
