What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Solicit, estimate, negotiate, manage, and bill on all Construction Hoist (Man-Lift) related jobs within Florida
- Train nationally with the Bigge Hoist Division Sales Managers and Representatives
- Provide accurate job estimating, proposals, and presentations based on customer-provided building plans
- Maintain new and existing accounts by delivering excellent customer service
- Conduct daily job site inspections and ensure compliance with all regulations and codes surrounding Construction Hoists

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 2-3 years of sales experience required
- Minimum of 2 years of experience within the construction or crane industries
- Strong communication skills and the ability to multitask effectively
- Proven sales closing skills and ability to maintain client relationships
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs frequently and operate various office equipment

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- College degree preferred
- Demonstrated proficiency with MS Windows, Office, Word, and Excel
