What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist in planning, organizing, directing, and coordinating sales activities to maximize sales volume
- Provide sales coaching and training to improve sales results and drive profitable growth
- Supervise a staff of sales professionals, participating in hiring, training, coaching, and performance management
- Maintain accountability for sales goal achievement and ensure effective use of the Company's CRM tool
- Proactively contact assigned accounts to identify customer needs and resolve potential issues
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School diploma or GED
- Two or more years of progressive experience in a sales role, including experience in training and mentoring
- Valid driver's license
- Good communication and active listening skills
- Strong work ethic and self-motivation with a competitive drive to win
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in managing customer relationships and developing sales strategies
- Proven track record of achieving sales goals and targets
- Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of management
- Strong organizational skills and time management abilities
- Experience with waste management or environmental services is a plus
