      Sales Support Specialist – Tachbrook Park, Warwick

      The Sales team at Calor Gas are looking to recruit an engaging and proactive Sales Support Specialist

      The Sales Support Specialist will provide a proactive inbound and outbound response service for Sales, including diary management, Change Of Ownerships, out of contracts, price renegotiations, and follow up new business appointments.

      Key responsibilities will include:

      • Handle calls in a professional and empathetic manner
      • Provide a proactive and efficient sales and administrative support service
      • Make on-line appointments and maximise efficiency of Salesforce by proactively managing sales diaries, including COOs, out of contracts, price renegotiations, and following sign-up appointments
      • Management of all regional rollovers, subsequent communication with competitors and compilation of rollover report (COP 26)
      • Liaise with internal departments handling requests to speak to sales colleagues
      • Action customer enquiries in the salesperson’s absence
      • Clearly identify and quantify potential customer needs through a strong understanding of Calor products and services
      • Ensure leads are input into Salesforce and supporting marketing campaigns
      • Manage and distribute email requests received into Sales Support inboxes
      • Place stationary orders for the Sales team and external customers
      • Place and manage orders for key customers within National Account sectors
      • Nurture qualified telephone and email sales leads from enquiry to contract signing
      • Proactively retain existing Calor business through outbound telephone calls

      As such we would like you to have/be:

      • Excellent communication skills
      • Be able to work as part of a team
      • Excellent organisational and interpersonal skills
      • Demonstrate customer focus and be tenacious in pursuit of business and team goals
      • Experience with MS Office suite
      • Experience working with Salesforce or similar CRM
      • Experience of distance selling
      • Track record of delivery in sales and retail activities
      • Able to create sustainable relationships with key stakeholders
