What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide comprehensive support to Cruise Consultants in their absence, including detailed follow-up on activities
- Process quote requests and input transaction details into the reservation system
- Generate and manage various scheduled reports, including Final Billing and payment reminders
- Book cruise reservations with various cruise lines and assist with ancillary services
- Address client issues promptly and involve management when necessary

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in the travel industry, preferably in the cruise market
- Proficiency in using Cruise Line booking tools
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Competency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Zoom
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Cruise Line or Travel Agency preferred
- Completion of travel school or a relevant college degree
- Friendly disposition and a proactive approach to customer service
