- Effectively manage direct customer communications related to daily account activity.
- Resolve all issues to client satisfaction or escalate as needed.
- Maintain knowledge of competitor products and identify and report intelligence on competitor pricing or marketing strategies.
- Submit prospective customer engagement plans, and action plans for follow-up.
- Assist with accruals, expense tracking, and reporting for the club unit to ensure accurate financial records and timely reconciliation.
- Generate weekly/monthly sales reports, track performance against targets, and assist with forecasting efforts.
- Plan, track, and report on in-store demonstrations for Costco and other retailers, ensuring alignment with marketing and sales objectives.
- Assist with monitoring inventory levels, reconciling discrepancies, and working with suppliers to ensure timely replenishment of stock.
- Liaise with suppliers and distributors to manage product orders, deliveries, and quality issues.
- Support order processing, ensuring that Costco and other retailer orders are filled accurately and on time.
- Help ensure that all products meet compliance standards and maintain accurate documentation for audits or retailer requirements.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and production teams to execute product launches, promotions, and special initiatives.
- Assist with customer inquiries, complaints, and requests, ensuring a positive relationship with Costco and other key accounts.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and experience with reporting and data analysis tools.
- Experience with financial reporting, accruals, and budget management preferred.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive, solution-oriented approach to problem-solving.
- Experience in the food industry or retail operations is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, operations, or a related field preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in a related role (sales, operations, retail, or supply chain).

Primary Purpose:
The Sales Operations Specialist assists with managing the operations and financial tasks for the Costco account and club business unit. This role supports the sales team in a variety of areas, including accruals, inventory management, reporting, and sales analysis. The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator, comfortable working with cross-functional teams, and passionate about supporting business growth.

Work Environment:
Typical office working environment which includes a workstation equipped with a computer and other office supplies necessary for daily tasks. Typically, climate-controlled to provide a comfortable working temperature year-round. Lighting is usually a mix of natural and artificial sources to ensure sufficient lamination.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:
This is a full-time salaried position, and hours of work and days are Monday through Friday. Expectations of 45 hours per week, to be worked during normal business hours.

The salary range for this position is $78,900-$101,000 with a 10% annual bonus potential.
