      The purpose of the role is to grow our Company's presence in the market through developing, retaining and managing a designated portfolio of existing agents. Tapping into the potential of those agents is what our Field Support Team does: they identify growth opportunities, make sure our agents know how to use our systems, arrange additional advertising material to attract more customers or simply give the guidance on who to contact technical or other type of support to help with arising issues.

      Responsibilities
      • Install and remove equipment at new and existing agent locations
      • Train and support new and existing agents and assist them with troubleshooting
      • Recruit, sign up and onboard new and existing agents
      • Promote all products the company offers and negotiate deals to increment wires production in assigned territory
      • Install advertising and branding materials (posters, signs, etc.) tailored to the agent's core markets
      • Capture competitive information and ensure that agent maintain competitive exchange rates and customer fees
      • Schedule and coordinate visits to new and existing agents to conduct a business review
      • Provide prompt solutions by maintaining strong partnership with back office team, sales team and corporate headquarters
      • Conduct promotions, distribute marketing materials and giveaways at events and agent locations
      • Coordinate and support sales team for activations and re-activations
      • Develop thorough knowledge of services, processes and applications
      • Complete all reports, records or forms accurately and in a timely manner
      • Other duties and/or projects as assigned

      Qualifications
      • High School diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
      • 1-2 year of experience in sales support or field support preferred
      • Ability to travel within assigned territory daily, have a valid driver license, reliable transportation, maintain an acceptable driving record and auto insurance coverage at least to the minimum amount specified by the company and state law
      • Must possess basic computer skills utilizing Microsoft Office applications
      • Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients and other employees of the organization
      • Ability to effectively communicate with management, co-workers and other departments
      • The key characteristics this individual must possess are strong interpersonal skills, willingness to work independently, detail oriented and always be team focused• Ability to sit for prolonged periods of time, including as a driver or passenger in an automobile
      • Ability to visit businesses and work in tight places to install equipment

The salary for this role is $45k base + bonus. Actual starting compensation may vary based on geographic location, work experience, and skills.
