      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Professionally handle incoming requests, inquiries, and orders from customers and field Sales
      - Develop price quotes and process orders, changes, and returns in accordance with procedures
      - Collaborate with multiple departments to ensure prompt resolution of customer issues
      - Demonstrate professionalism and a positive, solutions-oriented approach in all interactions
      - Stay current on Cadwell products and software, and proficiently use internal systems

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Associate degree in a related field or 2 years of related education/experience required; Bachelor's degree preferred
      - Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service, sales, or other relevant experience
      - Pleasant, positive, patient, and helpful customer service skills
      - Strong business math skills and ability to read and interpret data and reports
      - Proficient in MS Office and Google applications, along with query tools and database systems

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in the medical device industry
      - Familiarity with Cadwell product lines and their applications in clinical settings
      - Strong attention to detail and effective time management skills
      - Ability to adapt to changing requirements, deadlines, and priorities
      - Excellent written and verbal communication skills
