What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Receive and handle calls in a high-volume environment, providing information and documents to sales force and distribution partners
- Provide administrative support to sales force and distribution partners, including sending emails, coordinating documents, and updating commission information
- Research multiple systems and websites to gather information to answer questions and resolve complaints or concerns
- Coordinate with internal departments to remove obstacles for the sales force and bring resolution to outstanding concerns or issues
- Assist with answering general to moderately complex questions and providing technology systems related training

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ years of customer service or related experience
- Ability to work in a high-volume call center environment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Bilingual proficiency is a plus

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience working with senior insurance products or agents
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish or other languages
