What is Required (Qualifications):
- Experience working in an automated contact center
- Proven track record in phone sales, consultative sales, or lead generation
- Strong technical skills and ability to use various software platforms including CRM and Microsoft Office
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Willingness to receive coaching and work in a remote environment

- Strong understanding of North American geography
