What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Support Account Managers by managing smaller orders and repeat customer orders
- Collaborate with dealers and customers to specify and quote products via phone, video meetings, and email
- Manage projects using customer relationship management software (Mac OSX-based FileMaker)
- Process orders efficiently and accurately
- Assist Account Managers in a backup capacity when they are out of the office

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Sales support experience or customer service experience
- CET or REVIT experience
- College degree
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Must be COVID-19 vaccinated if working in-office

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in design and/or contract furniture
- Familiarity with project management software
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills
