What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist the VP of Growth and Director of Sales Operations with administrative tasks such as scheduling and data entry
- Track and report on sales data regularly to ensure accurate monitoring
- Manage agreement templates and onboarding paperwork for new affiliates and channel partners
- Coordinate sales-related activities with internal departments regarding order processing and customer escalations
- Help ensure timely and accurate commission payments and review sales commission reports for compliance

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Completed Bachelor’s Degree
- Strong organizational, administrative, and data-tracking skills
- Detail-oriented with a passion for sustainability
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in sales support or a related field
- Familiarity with renewable energy concepts and sustainability practices
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
