What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Respond to incoming phone and digital inquiries from prospective residents
- Guide prospects through a supportive process to convert inquiries into tours
- Conduct detailed discovery to understand prospects' needs and preferences
- Build and enhance relationships to advance leads to multiple communities
- Collaborate with team members to ensure successful prospect touring experiences
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum one year of successful experience using CRM in senior living, hospitality, or a related industry
- Proven ability to influence outcomes through effective phone conversations
- Strong phone skills with a track record of success in phone sales
- Excellent listening skills to grasp prospects’ implied criteria
- Strong organizational and time management skills, capable of multitasking
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in a sales support role within the senior living industry
- Familiarity with various senior living communities and their offerings
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team setting
- Previous experience in a customer service-oriented position
