What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Answer and respond to designated incoming phone and digital inquiries
- Guide prospects with a positive approach to increase inquiry to tour conversions
- Build and enhance relationships with prospects through a detailed discovery process
- Act as a remote interim sales team member in the absence of the community Sales Director
- Collaborate with team members across multiple communities to schedule tours and ensure preparedness

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum one year of successful use of CRM in senior living, hospitality, or related industry
- Demonstrated ability to influence others through phone conversations
- Excellent phone skills and proven success in phone sales
- Strong listening skills with the ability to understand unspoken criteria
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills

- Experience in a sales support role within the senior living industry
- Familiarity with lead management and conversion strategies
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings
