      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Handle inbound and outbound communications with real estate agents regarding their Equator accounts and technical issues
      - Upsell current memberships to real estate agents to enhance lead generation for property listings
      - Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries promptly and efficiently
      - Troubleshoot technical issues related to the Equator platform and conduct product demonstrations
      - Maintain accurate customer records and collaborate with the sales team to identify upselling opportunities

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Experience in an Inside Sales or Account Management role, preferably within Real Estate Services or Cloud-based Web Services
      - Proven customer service and sales experience with a focus on customer retention and objection handling
      - Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Avature, Encore, Salesforce.com) or Ticketing Tracking systems (e.g., Salesforce.com, Zendesk)
      - A proactive "Hunter" mentality with the ability to generate leads and meet sales goals
      - Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Previous experience in the real estate industry or related fields
      - Familiarity with lead generation techniques and sales strategies
      - Ability to conduct effective product demonstrations
      - Experience with data analysis and reporting on sales activities
      - Knowledge of current industry trends and competitor offerings
