What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand needs and requirements for sales tool platforms
- Manage and distribute training materials and communications related to sales tools
- Monitor utilization reports to identify data inaccuracies and influence behavior change
- Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate enhancement requirements and resolve bugs
- Ensure effective communication strategies are in place for client-facing colleagues and business leaders
