      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Conduct skills gap analyses and evaluate training results after each session
      - Develop and deploy training materials tailored for new hire onboarding
      - Provide coaching and constructive feedback to enhance trainee performance
      - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely information delivery
      - Model professional values and align training goals with corporate strategy

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree and a minimum of three years of sales experience in the Pharmaceutical, Medical Device, or Diagnostic Industries
      - Experience in the Oncology and/or Urologic Oncology therapeutic area
      - Ability to teach product knowledge and selling skills effectively
      - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
      - Must be able to travel to Salt Lake City one week per month

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in developing and delivering training programs
      - Proven work experience as a Sales Trainer or similar role
      - Hands-on experience with e-learning platforms
      - Excellent organizational skills
      - Valid driver's license and a driving record that meets safe and satisfactory criteria
