What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Partner with Regions to understand region-specific training needs
- Coordinate and conduct sales training sessions across multiple regions
- Manage new hire training programs and logistics planning
- Provide one-on-one sales coaching and identify areas for development
- Create and implement workshops addressing trending areas of development

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, training, or insurance client service
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills and strong typing ability
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and time management skills
- Strong presentation and project management skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Working knowledge of sales methodology (e.g., IMPAX, Integrity Selling)
- Experience with Salesforce and/or Appinium
- Background in selling a strategic/consultative service
- Experience leading projects and collaborating with leadership teams
