      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Partner with regions to understand specific training needs and objectives
      - Coordinate and execute sales training programs across multiple regions
      - Provide one-on-one sales coaching and facilitate workshops for development
      - Prepare guest speakers and manage logistics for training sessions
      - Participate in producer meetings to identify areas for development

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree
      - Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, sales support, training, education, or insurance client service role
      - Experience in the insurance industry
      - Intermediate Microsoft Office skills and strong typing ability
      - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and time management skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Working knowledge of sales methodology (e.g., IMPAX, Integrity Selling, New Sales Simplified)
      - Exposure to Salesforce and/or Appinium
      - Experience leading projects or cross-functional teams
      - Experience selling a strategic or consultative service
      - Proven ability to collaborate with multiple leadership teams
