What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Partner with regions to understand specific training needs and objectives
- Coordinate and execute sales training sessions in multiple regions
- Manage new hire training programs and logistics for training events
- Provide one-on-one sales coaching and identify additional training needs
- Participate in producer meetings to pinpoint areas for development

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, sales support, training, education, or insurance client service
- Experience in the insurance industry
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills with strong typing ability
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and time management skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Working knowledge of sales methodologies (e.g., IMPAX, Integrity Selling, New Sales. Simplified)
- Experience with Salesforce and/or Appinium
- Background in selling strategic/consultative services
- Experience leading projects, programs, or cross-functional teams
- Proven ability to collaborate with multiple leadership teams to achieve development goals
