What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Prepare new sales representatives by conducting training and activities to support onboarding; develop individual training plans
- Conduct training sessions and learning activities for new and current sales team members
- Analyze feedback and learner performance to measure training effectiveness and enhance training programs
- Observe sales encounters and collect feedback and performance data to improve training initiatives
- Collaborate with leadership to identify business initiatives and training needs for continuous improvement
What is Required (Qualifications):
- BS or BA in Sales/Marketing, Business Management, Organizational Development, or related field; MS/MA preferred
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in delivering sales training in a remote environment
- Previous experience in a sales or sales management role, preferably in Business to Business or Channel
- Strong organizational and project management skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, including written, verbal, and presentation abilities
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Certification in adult learning or equivalent highly desired
- Technically adept in translating complex products and solutions
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Office) and Salesforce; experience with learning content development tools is a plus
- Knowledge of adult learning methodologies (i.e., ADDIE, SAM, etc.)
