Partner with Sales Enablement Senior Manager to develop a deep understanding of the job responsibilities, skills, competencies and knowledge required for key roles within the Sales organization and how success in the role will be measured
Support the development and update of a compelling new hire onboarding program and/or ongoing enablement programs with clear learning objectives , lesson plans, a mix of learning and practicing experiences, and a strategy for attendee assessment
Support the development of compelling program materials and learning experiences leveraging a mix of modalities including instructor-led, virtual and digital
Partner with Instructional Designer to develop digital training programs that meet defined requirements
Deliver t raining and e nablement programs partnering with SMEs as required .
Serve on a multi-person sales enablement team , immersing in a train the trainer program and executing the program itself when applicable.
Develop attendee assessment and certification strategy
Develop and deliver program evaluations and derive insights that inform ongoing program development and delivery
Bachelor’s Degree
1-2 years of experience in a sales training and enablement role; experience in the healthcare IT industry and/or an athenaOne sales role preferred
Experience in Learning & Development a plus
Experience in a highly client-focused fast-paced environment preferred
Experience supporting the roll out of both “soft” and “hard” skill training modules
Fundamental knowledge of healthcare IT products, including the ability to deliver a compelling value-focused demonstration
Have a natural inclination to assist , coach, and transfer knowledge to team members
Project Management fundamentals with ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously
Ability to conduct thorough needs analysis to scope program development
Presentation and facilitation skills
Strong communication skills with a talent for effectively delivering constructive feedback
Excellent organizational and time management skills

Position Summary:
The Sales Training & Enablement Associate is a member of the Sales Enablement team within the Sales organization. This role is primarily responsible for aiding in the design, develop ment , and deliver y of learning experiences and resources for sellers. These resources will either prepare sellers for their new role s or serve as ongoing enablement programs that ensure they remain current and confident once they are established in their role. The Sales Training & Enablement Associate will partner and support the Sales Enablement team in assessments to ensure knowledge transfer has occurred. They will also provide support in evaluating program impact and effectiveness, and reporting out on that impact to stakeholders.
