What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Design and implement comprehensive sales training programs focusing on selling skills, product knowledge, and account planning
- Develop engaging training materials, manuals, and educational content for new hires and ongoing skill enhancement
- Utilize various learning methodologies, including e-learning and instructor-led training
- Conduct field travel with sales teams to evaluate training effectiveness and identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with business divisions to develop accurate training content and integrate new technologies into the training process
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in business, sales, marketing, education, or a related field
- Five or more years of experience in sales and training, with a solid understanding of training processes
- Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills
- Project management experience with effective outcomes
- Proficiency in e-learning and learning management systems (LMS)
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Workday and Salesforce for managing training programs
- Strong facilitation and presentation skills
- Ability to design and implement effective training programs
