What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop, coordinate, and deliver sales training content for various sales professionals
- Produce engaging educational materials, including videos and e-learning modules
- Schedule and manage logistics for both virtual and in-person training sessions
- Collect feedback from trainees and managers to enhance training programs
- Track training metrics to measure effectiveness and engagement

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in education, instructional design, or related field with 5+ years of experience in training or instructional design
- Exceptional presentation and facilitation skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Learning Management Systems (LMS)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask under pressure
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage at all organizational levels

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in sales training or direct sales experience
- Passion and understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design best practices
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Experience working in a global capacity across different regions and cultures
