What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Implement company-supported sales concepts while adhering to industry and compliance standards
- Drive target premium sales through third-party producers and manage client relationships
- Provide point-of-sale and post-sale support to nurture producer and client connections
- Collaborate with business and marketing teams to recommend products and pricing alternatives
- Utilize CRM technology for effective reporting and documentation
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in life insurance sales and/or wholesaling
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred
- Strong emphasis on direct client engagement and personal production in life insurance planning
- Knowledge of the new business and underwriting process
- Relevant designations such as CLU, ChFC, CFP, and necessary licenses (Series 7, Series 24, Series 6, Series 63, Life, Accident & Health)
