What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Customize the Salesforce platform to provide solutions for business opportunities and problems
- Collaborate with IT and business partners to develop and present solutions and execute on IT business projects
- Maintain the Salesforce platform and its related integrations, ensuring ease of use for users
- Document and track incidents and requests thoroughly, prioritizing and responding in a timely manner
- Provide technical leadership and support for application services in alignment with ITIL/Service Management

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent years of experience required
- 3+ years of applications experience demonstrating technical and design expertise
- Entry-level experience in programming using C#, Java, or PowerShell
- Salesforce Administrator certifications (e.g., Administrator, Advanced Administrator, Business Analyst)
- Familiarity with ITIL/Service Management principles

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with relational databases, specifically MS SQL Server
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, TypeScript/JavaScript, jQuery, and JSON
- Familiarity with ASP.NET MVC and the Angular framework
- Visual Studio experience preferred
- Attention to detail and strong documentation skills
