What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with functional departments to identify and solve business needs using the Salesforce platform
- Develop, maintain, and optimize applications and integrations to support business operations
- Document and track incidents and requests, ensuring timely and service-oriented responses
- Provide technical leadership and training to the IT team and business partners
- Adhere to security protocols and industry standards while managing application services

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent years of experience
- Minimum 3 years of applications experience demonstrating technical and design expertise
- Entry-level experience in programming using C#, Java, and PowerShell
- Experience with relational databases, preferably MS SQL Server
- Salesforce Administrator certifications (e.g., Administrator, Advanced Administrator, Business Analyst)

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, TypeScript/JavaScript, jQuery, and JSON
- Experience with ASP.NET MVC and the Angular framework
- Visual Studio experience
- Knowledge of ITIL/Service Management principles
- Strong documentation skills and attention to detail
