What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with various departments to provide Salesforce solutions that address business needs
- Maintain and optimize the company's Salesforce platform and its integrations
- Document and track incidents and requests while prioritizing responses in a timely manner
- Provide technical leadership and support for application services in alignment with ITIL principles
- Engage in the development and execution of IT projects that drive company growth and innovation

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent years of experience
- A minimum of 3 years of applications experience demonstrating technical and design expertise
- Entry-level experience in programming using C#, Java, or PowerShell
- Salesforce Administrator certifications (e.g., Administrator, Advanced Administrator, Business Analyst)
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, TypeScript/JavaScript, jQuery, and JSON
- Experience with ASP.NET MVC and the Angular framework
- Visual Studio experience preferred
- Familiarity with MS 365 and MS Azure
- Experience with Restful APIs
