What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and define technical requirements for Salesforce solutions
- Manage Salesforce roles, profiles, permission sets, workflows, and sharing rules to ensure secure and efficient system access
- Configure Salesforce features and oversee the management of leads, contacts, and other data to maintain data integrity
- Deliver training sessions and create user guides to ensure teams are proficient with Salesforce functionality
- Evaluate and implement new Salesforce releases and integrations with other tools for optimized system performance
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in IT, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus
- 2-4 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator in a dynamic, cross-functional environment
- Salesforce Administrator Certification is required
- Proficiency in Salesforce Flows, custom objects, and data security configurations
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills for resolving complex technical challenges
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and experience contributing to Agile projects
- Experience with Salesforce Data Cloud and AI-driven tools like Agentforce
- Experience supporting B2B sales teams
- Experience with subscription billing platforms like Zuora
- Experience supporting Service Cloud Voice/call center technology
