What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Partner with stakeholders to understand business needs and define technical requirements
- Manage Salesforce roles, profiles, permission sets, sharing rules, workflows, and groups for efficient system access
- Configure Salesforce features to meet business requirements and ensure data integrity
- Deliver training sessions and create user guides to enhance team proficiency with Salesforce
- Evaluate and implement new Salesforce releases and AppExchange solutions

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or equivalent is required
- 2-4 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator in a dynamic, cross-functional environment
- Salesforce Administrator Certification is required
- Proficiency in Salesforce Flows, custom objects, and data security configurations
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills for resolving complex technical challenges

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Business Administration, or a related field
- Experience with Salesforce Data Cloud and AI-driven tools like Agentforce
- Experience supporting B2B sales teams
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and experience contributing to Agile projects
- Experience with subscription billing platforms like Zuora
