What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide technical support and problem resolution for Salesforce system issues
- Deliver technical training to the sales team on Salesforce (both web and mobile)
- Maintain comprehensive system documentation and training materials for end users
- Collaborate with end users and IT to develop business requirements and prioritize enhancements
- Assist in the development of dashboards, reporting, and list views for the sales team

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Associate or bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent experience
- Salesforce Administrator (ADM201) certification required
- 5 years of hands-on experience administering Salesforce platforms
- 2 years of project management experience
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Salesforce Platform App Builder, Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant, and Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant certifications
- Experience with system integration and user adoption strategies
