What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide technical support for system issues and manage JIRA tickets for enhancements
- Train the sales team on Salesforce functionalities, both web and mobile
- Maintain comprehensive documentation and training materials for end users
- Collaborate with IT and end users to develop business requirements and prioritize enhancement requests
- Assist in the development of dashboards, reporting, and list views for the sales team

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Associate or bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Salesforce Administrator (ADM201) certification
- 5 years of hands-on experience administering Salesforce platforms
- 2 years of project management experience
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Salesforce Platform App Builder, Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant, and Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant certifications
- Strong project management skills
