What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as system administrator for Salesforce, LeanData, Hightouch, Cloudingo, and other go-to-market systems
- Maintain database connections and ensure data accuracy and integrity
- Conduct regular audits of data and Salesforce instance to identify and resolve operational issues
- Provide Tier 2 support for go-to-market stakeholders and escalate issues as necessary
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely execution of operational goals
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be a permanent resident in the U.S.
- Strong understanding of marketing and sales systems and processes
- Technical savvy and a willingness to learn the platform quickly
- Ability to work in a rapidly changing environment while taking ownership and responsibility
- Exceptional communication skills and a commitment to treating others well
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Business Analyst, or Salesforce CPQ certification
- Reside in Lincoln, NE or surrounding metro area
- Experience with Salesloft (or Outreach) and Clickup (or Asana, or JIRA)
- Familiarity with high lead volume environments with numerous system integrations
- Willingness to obtain a LeanData certification
