What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Customize the Salesforce platform to provide solutions for business opportunities and problems
- Collaborate on IT business projects that enable company growth and innovation
- Maintain the Salesforce platform and its related integrations, ensuring ease of use for users
- Document and track incidents and requests, prioritizing and responding in a timely manner
- Provide technical leadership to the IT team and support IT initiatives

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent years of experience
- 3+ years of applications experience demonstrating technical and design expertise
- Entry-level experience in programming using C#, Java, and PowerShell
- Salesforce Administrator certifications (e.g., Administrator, Advanced Administrator, Business Analyst)
- Strong documentation skills and attention to detail

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with relational databases, preferably MS SQL Server
- Familiarity with the Angular framework and Visual Studio
- Entry-level experience with Restful API and ASP.NET MVC
- Knowledge of process improvement principles
- Familiarity with ITIL/Service Management
