What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Design, develop, test, document, and deploy high-quality business solutions on the Salesforce platform
- Manage the implementation of improvements and new functionalities in Salesforce applications
- Communicate and collaborate with technical resources and stakeholders regarding project status and solutions
- Perform Salesforce administration tasks, including creating accounts, defining fields, and updating layouts
- Monitor Salesforce usage for compliance and maintain data security

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
- 2+ years of experience with Salesforce development
- 4+ years of total relevant experience
- Proven knowledge and practical application of Visualforce, APEX programming, Force.com APIs, and Web Services
- Eligible to obtain and maintain a government security clearance

- Strong combination of business acumen and technical expertise in Salesforce
- Experience delivering solutions using Salesforce Developer Experience (SFDX)
- Knowledge of Agile and DevSecOps methodologies
