What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Design and architect Salesforce setups that support growth and efficiency
- Analyze business needs by gathering requirements from stakeholders and translating them into actionable plans
- Optimize Salesforce functionality, troubleshooting and refining processes from client onboarding to sales achievements
- Collaborate closely with the CEO, team members, and clients to ensure alignment with the company's mission
- Build workflows, integrations, and systems to enhance operational effectiveness

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 5 years of experience working with Salesforce, with proven track record of building long-lasting solutions
- Salesforce certifications such as Administrator and Platform App Builder are mandatory
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce features including flows, Apex, and integrations
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members
- Highly organized with a keen attention to detail, while also maintaining a strategic, big-picture perspective
