What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and implement scalable solutions on the Salesforce platform, utilizing advanced Apex programming and Salesforce APIs
- Design and maintain complex data models, optimizing data storage and retrieval strategies
- Mentor junior developers, perform code reviews, and guide technical decisions and implementations

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Salesforce Certifications: Administrator/App Builder, Platform Developer 1, Developer 2, Consultant, Architect, etc.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce development, including SOQL, SOSL, and Salesforce Flows
- Proficiency in web development technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and LWC
- Basic understanding of object-oriented programming concepts and RDBMS knowledge with SQL experience
- Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git/Bitbucket) and CI/CD processes

- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools like JIRA
- Commitment to continuous learning and staying current with industry trends
- Willingness to work a shift from 2 pm to 11 pm (IST)
