What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Engage with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into functional specifications and user stories
- Conduct workshops, interviews, and process walkthroughs to identify current-state workflows and desired future-state processes
- Create and maintain documentation including BRDs, FRDs, process flows, and wireframes
- Define acceptance criteria and lead user acceptance testing (UAT) with stakeholders
- Support sprint planning, backlog grooming, and daily stand-ups in Agile environments

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum 4 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with at least 2 years focused on Salesforce
- Strong understanding of Salesforce capabilities across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud
- Experience writing user stories, acceptance criteria, and conducting UAT
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with both technical and non-technical audiences
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Salesforce CPQ, Marketing Cloud, or Field Service
- Familiarity with Jira or other Agile project management tools
- Experience in creating dashboards and reports in Salesforce
- Exposure to Salesforce declarative tools (Flows, Validation Rules, Page Layouts)
- Knowledge of integration concepts and data migration
