What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with various teams to identify challenges and propose system improvements
- Participate in requirements gathering sessions to produce functional business requirements
- Write user stories and gather metrics for success of requested features
- Coordinate acceptance testing and functionality reviews with designated business partners
- Maintain a data dictionary of all data points within the platform

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or related field
- 3+ years of Salesforce business analyst experience with technical aptitude
- Strong knowledge of Agile (Scrum) methodology and SDLC phases
- Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
- Proficiency in Jira or similar agile project management tool

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Marketing Cloud would be a plus
