What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide technical oversight for new and existing SaaS (Salesforce) implementations
- Participate in design sessions to guide client projects and ensure efficient, cost-effective solutions
- Lead technical workshops and design sessions with customers
- Review technical architecture deliverables to ensure quality and traceability
- Compile internal development guidelines and standards for the development team

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 5+ years of working experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
- 2+ years of experience with Public Sector Foundation for licensing/permitting
- Proven experience in at least two full Salesforce.com lifecycle implementations
- Strong understanding of Salesforce.com architecture, capabilities, and constraints
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with custom development using APEX, Force.com, Java, Salesforce Flow Builder, and Lightning Web Components (LWC)
- Familiarity with migrating from Workflow rules/Process builder to Flow builder
- Knowledge of web services and REST services for data transport in an enterprise environment
- Experience with CICD/Release Management processes for Salesforce.com technology efforts
- Experience using Conga composer for document generation
