What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead QA spokesperson in standup meetings, communicating sprint story status
- Engage with project teams to keep them informed on delivery activities and blockers
- Facilitate UAT strategy and ensure alignment with entry and exit criteria
- Publish daily and weekly status reports
- Support production Sev 1/Sev 2 issues as needed

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 10+ years of experience in QA processes
- OMS testing knowledge for 3-4 years, with IBM Sterling OMS as a Nice to Have
- Experience with integration layer testing, preferably MuleSoft/Microservice
- Proficiency in Agile methodologies and testing techniques
- Familiarity with test management tools such as JIRA and Testrail

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with SFCC backend testing
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
