What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Setup, customize, and develop Salesforce.com and related app implementations
- Develop and enhance custom applications & features on the platform
- Build Salesforce integration with other applications
- Support product owner/s with refinement of user requirement and lead solution architecture & design
- Ensure platform efficiency through continuous improvement and code reviews

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 8+ years of experience working on Salesforce Financial Service Cloud/Marketing Cloud implementations
- Minimum of 4-5 years of hands-on Salesforce development / Administration experience
- Current Salesforce Administrator Certified, Advanced Administrator certified and Platform App Builder
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce APIs, integration patterns, and custom web services
- Experience with Salesforce service cloud and Sales Cloud features

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Application Development work in Agile environment preferred
- Experience with integrating Salesforce with AWS cloud services
- Ability to work collaboratively in teams and develop meaningful relationships
- Ability to develop reports, dashboards, and processes to monitor data quality
- Interpret system/business requirements and prepare specification and design documents
