      Desired Competencies:

      Must have:

      Salesforce CPQ, Business blueprinting and guide team to map requirements using OOB capability of the project and if needed help team to customize the solution to make solution fit for purpose.

      Good to have:

      1. Salesforce CPQ

      2. Good communication skills.

      Responsibilities of / Expectations from the Role:

      • Drive Blueprinting phase on Salesforce CPQ stack.
      • Drive the discussions with Architect board to get the design approvals
      • Design and implement enhancements including creation of custom objects pages Apex classes triggers processes flows workflows reports etc.,
      • Design develop and maintain Visualforce AppExchange Force.com pages and integration with on premise or third party solutions using web services APIs etc.,
      • Perform system administration including administering user accounts security roles profiles workflows etc.,
      • Minimum 5-10 years of SFDC experience (3-5 years as Technical/Solution Architect)
      • SFDC Sales Cloud and Service Cloud experience
      • Salesforce certified solution /Application architect preferred
      • Quote to Cash process background with Salesforce CPQ (Minimum 1 project implementation in CPQ)
      • Strong knowledge in the Integration interface with SAP and other systems for billing and contracts.
        Strong knowledge on Pricing framework, Variants of pricing, discounts, product catalogue configuration
      • Strong knowledge of Reporting dashboard and data
      • Lead the discussion with Salesforce CPQ designer with Architects Board (Design Integrity Forum) to get the design approvals as per Architectural principals. Train the team as needed.

      Detailed Responsibilities

      • · Must interact with global teams in time zones spanning UK, US, APAC areas.
      • · Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, project managers, and other cross-functional teams to understand project goals, requirements, and deliverables.
      • · Develop high quality solutions on the Salesforce platform in line with business requirements.
      • · Support Go-Live through activities such as system design consulting, developing software platforms, capacity planning and launch reviews.
      • · Participate in Project related activities to meet operational needs.
      • · Manage project priorities, timelines, and resources to ensure successful delivery within established deadlines.
      • · Provide a high level of customer service, whilst working under pressure.
      • · Perform code reviews, identify areas for improvement, and drive continuous enhancement of development processes.
      • · Collaborate with administrators and integration teams to design and implement seamless integrations with other systems.
      • · Support with technical discussions, problem-solving, and issue resolution related to Salesforce.
