      Salesforce (CRM) Administrator

      • Manage the day-to-day administration of Salesforce applications, including user management, sharing and security settings, data management, and internal case management.
      • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and understand business requirements, translating them into scalable and sustainable Salesforce solutions.
      • Address business needs through implementing configurations, objects, fields, flows, and custom development when required.
      • Practiced in the use of generative and predictive AI.
      • Provide ongoing support and training to end-users, addressing inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and conducting workshops to promote system adoption.
      • Author and execute test scripts for enhancements and fixes, orchestrate user acceptance testing, and obtain sign-off from key stakeholders.
      • Develop and maintain Salesforce reports, dashboards, and CRM Analytics assets to provide meaningful insights, trends, and analytics for various business teams.
      • Monitor system performance, data integrity, and data quality; implement data cleansing and deduplication strategies.
      • Create and update knowledge documentation related to Salesforce configurations and processes.
      • Keep abreast of Salesforce updates, features, and best practices to identify opportunities for enhancement and improvement.
      • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and IT, to ensure seamless collaboration and data flow between Salesforce and other systems.
      • Act as a primary point of contact with Salesforce support, managing escalations and resolving critical issues.
      • Assist in developing and enforcing data governance policies and procedures.

      Qualifications and skills:

      • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
      • Relevant work related experience of at least 3-5 years'
      • Proven experience as a Salesforce Administrator, with a strong understanding of Salesforce configuration, data management, and customization.
      • Salesforce certifications, such as Salesforce Administrator (ADM201), are highly preferred.
      • Knowledge of Apex, Visualforce, Lightning web components, and Salesforce API is a plus but not mandatory.
      • Solid understanding of CRM principles, business processes, and automation.
      • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve complex system issues.
      • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
      • Detail-oriented with a commitment to data accuracy and integrity.
      • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
      • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs.
